The Great Potential of Change

with Bhante Sukhacitto and Bart van Melik

Sunday, June 2nd, 2019 | 10:00am to 5:00pm

Kind awareness is the greatest gift we can give to both ourselves and others.

Insight Dialogue offers us the power to awaken together as we fully engage in relational meditation practice. It brings together meditative awareness, the wisdom teachings of the Buddha, and the power of relationship to support insight into the nature, source, and release of human suffering. For the sake of our well-being, the Buddha asks us to understand and radically accept the universal truth of change.

Supported by kind awareness, wisdom, and community we’ll explore the potential and difficulty of changes in our lives. In this retreat we will introduce the six meditative guidelines of Insight Dialogue: Pause, Relax, Open, Attune to Emergence, Listen Deeply, and Speak the Truth. The retreat will be held in silence as we explore the power of embodied listening and speaking. All are welcome!
