DESCRIPTION:Resilience Club: Emotional Resilience for Politically Charged Times – An Online Urban Retreat\n \nwith Ralph De La Rosa\n \nSaturday\, October 24th\, 2020 | 10:00am – 5:00pm\n \n\n \nThe emotional impact of the election season lands on us when we already feel threadbare. It’s never been so tough to maintain wellbeing\, clarity\, compassion\, and non-reactivity — and yet it’s never been more important. \nJoin us for an online day of truly integrated practice and community connection informed by our complex needs. The day will range from restful somatic meditation and breathwork to insightful emotional process to inner anti-racist/oppression work to lively discussions and breakout rooms. We will also take breaks throughout the day. \nRegistration:\nPlease register at the highest level that your generosity offers.\nExplanations of levels follow below.\nIf you are registering via a mobile devices such as a phone or tablet\, you can scroll right and left and up and down within the form if it is partially obscured or cut off. Please contact registration@nyimc.org if you need assistance. \nPlease note: We are temporarily unable to provide registration confirmation emails. However the link to access the program will be emailed to you 2 days prior to the event and again 1 hour before the start. Registration includes access to the event recording\, which will be made available to you ten days after the event. \n \nRegistration Fees include Teacher Support\nNew York Insight Meditation Center has streamlined the registration fee levels.
