There is a cause of this discontent\, there is an end to the discontent\, and there is a definite path that liberates us from discontent. \nOver the course of this evening program\, teacher Lama Aria Drolma will guide us through the Four Noble Truths\, showing how we can use them as a roadmap to navigate life’s challenges. \nWith guided exercises and engaging group discussions\, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of a few core foundations of Buddhism. \nEveryone is welcome to participate\, regardless of meditation experience.  \nNote: This program will be recorded.
