Online: An Embodied Pathway to Liberation

with Fleet Maull

Tuesday, July 22nd, 2025 | 6:30pm – 8:30pm ET

Many of us struggle with racing thoughts, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, or a lingering sense of disconnection—from our bodies, our purpose, or even our sense of self. Traditional mindfulness approaches can sometimes feel distant or overly cognitive, offering awareness without the tools to truly transform.

Without a grounded way to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom, these patterns can keep us stuck—feeling reactive, dysregulated, or spiritually adrift.

Faced with these challenges, Fleet Maull, founder of the Prison Mindfulness Institute, developed a new approach to meditation. Neuro-Somatic Mindfulness (NSM) Meditation offers a practical and deeply embodied path to healing and awakening. Rooted in network neuroscience, trauma-informed awareness, and nondual wisdom traditions, this approach helps you gently rewire your brain and restore balance through somatic presence and interoceptive awareness.

In this program, you will:

  • Learn to activate core self-regulation networks through body-based meditation techniques.
  • Cultivate a felt sense of safety, clarity, and inner coherence using breath, posture, and micro-movements.
  • Experience direct practices that shift you from survival-mode into presence, resilience, and compassionate awareness.

Join us for a special evening of reconnecting with your body’s intelligence and building a resilient nervous system. Together we’ll learn how to meet life with more presence, equanimity, and purpose.
