Postponed: A Life of Inner Worth – A Four-Week Course

with Peter Doobinin

Thursdays, October 7th – October 28th, 2021 | 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm ET

In practicing the dharma, we seek to develop our inner worth. What does this mean? How do we do this? And what are the benefits in doing so?

In this four-week course with longtime meditation teacher, Peter Doobinin, we’ll explore these crucial questions and learn about our innate goodness and our capacity to develop it.

The course will also include an investigation of elements of the path, sometimes known as merit, that dharma students are asked to cultivate in developing their inner worth.

Each class will consist of meditation, teaching, discussion, and various practice activities.

Students who participated in the three-hour class in September may wish to take this course in the service of strengthening their practice and understanding of the teachings. All are welcome to attend.
