Aging As A Spiritual Practice
Tuesdays from 1:00pm-2:30pm ET
This sitting group meets every Tuesday afternoon and is focused on aging as a spiritual practice and source of great wisdom. Open to all levels of practice and all interested persons, there is no age barrier! Pre-registration is not required.
Each meeting includes sitting and walking meditation, a dharma talk, and a group discussion. The dharma talks evolve out of the needs of the participants.
