In this course we will explore what contributes to the unfolding and deepening of our practice. Throughout this course, we will explore teachings on specific areas of meditation practice to include daily practice development, Metta (Loving Kindness) practice, working with sensations, emotions and thoughts, and other relevant practice themes, each participant will also have the opportunity to explore and discover what areas of practice call most to them. Support will be offered by the teacher to help with this exploration.

Special attention will be given to how we can open to our direct experience with the most care and kindness. Suitable to all who have had some experience with Vipassana meditation, the course will include lots of experiential practice, talks by the teacher, group discussion and group sharing. This course is open to practioners of all levels who possess at least some experience and understanding of basic meditation techniques within the Theravāda tradition.

Lani Miller

Lani MillerLani Miller has been practicing Insight Meditation since 1977. She is a graduate of the third Community Dharma Leaders Program. Lani is also a Singer/ Songwriter who is interested in how music and other creative arts can be a vehicle for sharing spiritual truths and values.
