Looking for a space to rest, practice, and check in with how you’re feeling?
Every Thursday afternoon, New York Insight offers a meditation space for anyone who seeks a space to ground. Allow yourself some space and embrace the stillness during your lunch break.
On February 5 and February 26, this program will be held by NYI teacher Lani Miller. On February 12, this program will be held by teacher Tracy Cochran. On February 19, this program will be held by teacher Beth Adelson.
Everyone is welcome. This is simply a time to practice being grounded. Participants are encouraged to leave their phones at the door and maintain the Buddhist practice of Noble Silence.
There will be tea and light refreshments available between 2:00-2:30 PM.
Your generosity, or what we call dana, is what makes this afternoon of tranquility possible. Please give what you can. We are honored to offer a temple of reflection and quiet this winter season and always.
Suggested dana – $15
