During this daylong workshop/retreat we will have the opportunity to explore together the relationship between meditation practice and creativity. During our day together there will be related talks by the teacher, periods of meditation, creative processes to engage in as well as time for sharing. Through our direct experience during this workshop, we will explore the already present and inherent interconnection between meditation practice and creative expression.
There will also be time for us to explore ideas and gather input for a future monthly, Artist’s Sangha.
This workshop / retreat is suitable for artists of all mediums and experience. Please bring your inner muse!

Lani Miller
Lani Miller has been practicing Insight Meditation since 1977. She is a graduate of the third Community Dharma Leaders Program. Lani is also a Singer/ Songwriter who is interested in how music and other creative arts can be a vehicle for sharing spiritual truths and values.
