In-Person and Online: Four Noble Truths and Living Life with Purpose

with Lama Aria Drolma

Thursday, June 25th, 2026 | 6:30pm – 8:30pm ET

In-Person Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor

By understanding reality as it is, we begin to free ourselves from  stress and anxiety.

The Four Noble Truths are the core foundation of Buddhism, offering profound insights into the very nature of human existence.

The Four Noble Truths state that discontent is inevitable and an inherent part of existence. There is a cause of this discontent, there is an end to the discontent, and there is a definite path that liberates us from discontent.

Over the course of this evening program, teacher Lama Aria Drolma will guide us through the Four Noble Truths, showing how we can use them as a roadmap to navigate life’s challenges.

With guided exercises and engaging group discussions, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of a few core foundations of Buddhism.

Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of meditation experience.
