In the warm spirit of Sangha, please join us for New York Insight’s Online Monthly Potluck Sangha. We are looking forward to sharing this time with you to gather together and share the spirit of community. All are Welcome!
The evening includes a meditation period guided by a New York Insight Meditation Teacher or Practice Leader and plenty of time to connect. You’re invited to enjoy your dinner or snack during this time and /or share your favorite recipes.
Although there is no registration and your presence remains the greatest gift, we also recognize the importance and real need for supporting New York Insight our spiritual home and community.
