In-Person and Online: Sacred Sunday Pause with the Community Meditation Center

with Bart van Melik

Sunday, June 8, 2025 | 10:30am – 12:30pm ET

In-Person Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor

Join us for a meaningful morning of meditation, dharma reflection, and dialogue at our Sacred Sunday Pause—an offering from the Community Meditation Center, warmly held in the space of New York Insight Meditation Center.

This session is part of an ongoing series exploring the Ten Perfections (Paramis)—qualities we can nurture to support a wise and compassionate life. In this gathering, we’ll reflect on the second perfection: Virtue (Sīla)—living with integrity and non-harming. In these challenging times, ethical conduct can be a steady compass, guiding us toward clarity, kindness, and harmony. Through pausing together in community, we reconnect with the values that truly sustain us.
