Now Online: The Power of Forgiveness

with Elaine Retholtz

Every other Monday, April 20th – June 15th, 2020 | 7:00pm – 9:00pm ET
Course Meets: 4/20, 5/4, 5/18, 6/1, 6/15

Due to COVID-19, this program will now be offered online only. Those who already registered for the in-person program will automatically be transferred to this online program. All registrants will be emailed the link to the online program a few days prior to the program.

Whether it is the betrayals, disappointments, and abandonments experienced in our interpersonal lives, the injustices and tragedies perpetrated in society, or the various ways we have failed to live up to our own or others expectations of ourselves, forgiveness practice can begin to loosen the ropes binding us to the past. It can allow us to come more fully into our hearts and can be a catalyst that transforms bitterness, anger, and grief into compassion and lovingkindness.

Join us for a course examining forgiveness and how to heal our relationships with others, ourselves and the past. We will meet in person every other Monday evening and have home practice in the weeks between. This course is appropriate for meditation practitioners of all levels.

Registration:

We are transferring all who registered for the in-person program to the online program. For those who are disappointed and unable to join us online and considering cancelling their registration, we will honor all requests for refunds. However, the COVID-19 emergency has a devastating financial impact on all of us. If it is affordable for you to have a generous heart, please consider accepting credit towards a future program, or turning your registration into a donation. Thank you!
