Join us for an afternoon/evening of discovering what it means to belong to ourselves and each other through the lens of deep reflection and Lovingkindness practice. Starting wherever you are, we’ll look at how to meet ourselves with friendliness in our own hearts and extend that grounded awareness into the world.
