Bringing Your Practice to Life: Three Thursday Evenings for MBSR Alumni

Whether you've recently completed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction or your practice just needs a bit of energizing this will be a three-week class to re-enforce and renew. This is an opportunity to practice together and learn ways to bring these practices into our lives while bringing life to our practice.
